Yifang Theater is the first open theater in the Fangzhuang area, with a floor area of 432.6 square meters. It is equipped with wooden floors, air conditioning, full stage lighting, sound systems, and all-around facilities, ensuring the flexibility and versatility of the space.

一方剧场是方庄地区首个开放剧场，使用面积432.6㎡，配备伸缩座椅（292座）、LED大屏、全方位舞台灯光、环绕音响等设备，保证了空间的灵活性与使用的多功能性，在满足剧场演出的同时可兼顾会议、路演、活动举办等功能，适合承办中大型文化活动。
方庄文化艺术中心位于丰台区方庄芳群园四区26号楼，东临芳古路，北临群星路。面积5300平米，聚集三联韬奋书店丰台旗舰店、可艺术中心、一方剧场等文化ip，兼具空间美学和文化内生力，以空间场景为载体，以“人”为中心，打造城市公众文化生活聚集地。
